| Abstract: | Se analiza en el presente trabajo la participación ciudadana en el control de los fondos públicos, orientado hacia el Tribunal de Cuentas, que tiene en España la competencia exclusiva de juzgar y restituir el menoscabo de los caudales públicos, sea cual fuere el ente o Administración Pública en que se produzca Citizen participation in the control of public funds is analyzed in this paper, oriented towards the Court of Auditors, that in Spain it has the exclusive competence about the prosecution of accounting liability, that is, judging and restoring the impairment of public funds, whatever be the entity, or public administration, in which it occurs. |
