Cultural Heritage, over the years, and overlapping with the meaning of Historical Heritage, has come to include the History of Art as an of Historical Heritage, has ended up bringing together the History of Art as one of the indispensable one of the essential gears of Culture. We can practically say that 90% of what heritage laws protect, conserve, restore, manage and communicate are objects of art, manage and communicate are art objects. Today's society, as a legitimate heir, conceives as the legitimate heir conceives, develops and represents in a mental scheme the values inherent in these objects of art values inherent in these objects of culture.
