| Resumen: | El artículo trata de los derechos económicos, su definición y tratamiento en La Declaración Universal de Derechos y en la Constitución española. La Constitución ha tomado el término de la Declaración y hace referencia al individuo como sujeto de derechos y al respeto que merece por parte de los Estados. The article deals with economic rights, their definition and treatment in the Universal Declaration of Rights and in the Spanish Constitution. The Constitution has taken the term from the Declaration and refers to the individual as a subject of rights and the respect he or she deserves from States. |
