La accesibiblidad cognitiva de la ruta adaptada de la ciudad monumental de Cáceres desde la perspectiva de la terapia ocupacional

Abstract

La accesibilidad ha evolucionado y por eso hablamos de accesibilidad universal, como la accesibilidad a todo y para todos. Puede decirse que hay tres tipos de accesibilidad: física, sensorial y cognitiva. Nos hemos centrado en la AC. La accesibilidad es una cuestión de derechos por eso se encuentra regulada en normas en todos los ámbitos territoriales. Unido al patrimonio cultural, vemos las dificultades de equilibrio entre accesibilidad y preservación. Cuando la finalidad turística aparece, hablamos de turismo para todos y es muy importante en el sector por razones económicas y sociales. Así se analiza la CMCC y se observa que se han realizado numerosas actuaciones y que hay un recorrido denominado y calificado como ruta accesible. El objetivo ha sido medir el grado de AC que presenta la CMCC como recurso turístico, para una población con dificultades en las actividades de la vida diaria en una concreta ruta ya calificada como accesible. Se ha contado desde el origen de la tesis con las personas con DC por lo que se convierte en una investigación inclusiva. La conclusión final ha sido que la RACMCC está pensada más para limitaciones físicas que para DC, punto de vista desde el que se considera que apenas existen adaptaciones, más aun siendo estas sencillas y económicas, y pudiendo generar un gran impacto y beneficio a los ciudadanos.

The concept of accessibility has evolved the term universal accessibility is used, which is understood as total accessibility for everyone, and considering there are three types of accessibility: physical, sensory and cognitive. This research has focused on AC. Accessibility is a right, therefore it is regulated in regulations in all territorial áreas. Cultural heritage faces difficulties when seeking a balance between two realities: accessibility and preservation. When the use of cultural heritage has a markedly touristic purpose, the concept of tourism for all appears. When analysing the CMCC from the point of view of accessible tourism, it is observed that relevant actions have been undertaken: there is a route classified as an accessible route which has been the object of this research. This thesis has involved people with cognitive disabilities, making it an inclusive research, so that the subjects of this research are part of it, using tools such as the Focus Group, Life Stories, Photovoice and Fieldwork by observation and comparison and with the creation of a measurement protocol. The final conclusion was that the adapted route of the Monumental City of Cáceres is designed more for physical limitations than for cognitive disabilities, a point of view from which it is considered that there are hardly any adaptations, even though they are simple and economical, and can generate a great impact and benefit to citizens.
