La correspondencia personal de D. Luis Villanueva y Cañedo (1840-1849): Catálogo y análisis de contenido

Abstract

Organización y descripción de la serie de correspondencia del archivo personal de D. Luis Villanueva y Cañedo conservado por Dª. María Visitación Muñoz Rodríguez y Villanueva. Con los objetivos de realizar un estudio biográfico, analizar la situación del archivo y describir e identificar la serie de correspondencia se ha desarrollado una metodología que combina las técnicas de investigación biográficas y técnicas de descripción archivística. Esta metodología se ha dividido en seis fases: 1) Elección del tema y delimitación del alcance del trabajo; 2) desarrollo de la investigación biográfica; 3) Análisis preliminar del archivo y de la serie; 4) definición de los elementos informativos a usar en la descripción; 5) realización del catálogo y 6) análisis de los datos del catálogo. Esta metodología ha permitido ampliar los datos biográficos de Villanueva y Cañedo. Además, hemos podido conocer la situación y clasificación del archivo. Finalizando, con la elaboración del catálogo de correspondencia y el análisis de la serie desde diferentes puntos de vista: cronología, corresponsales y materias.

With the objectives of carrying out a biographic study, analyzing the situation of the archive and describing and identifying the series of correspondence.
