| Abstract: | El ordenamiento jurídico español permite que determinados matrimonios en forma religiosa tengan efectos civiles, al igual que algunas resoluciones canónicas de nulidad y de disolución de matrimonios que previamente fueron reconocidos civilmente. En este estudio se intentará realizar una sistematización de las actuaciones de los ministros de culto necesarias para esos reconocimientos civiles. The Spanish legal system allows certain religious marriages to have civil effects, as well as some canonical resolutions of nullity and dissolution of marriages that were previously recognized civilly. In this study, an attempt will be made to carry out a systematization of the actions of the ministers of religion necessary for those civil recognitions. |
