Cómo mejorar el clima motivacional en las aulas

Abstract

Este libro desarrolla una temática actual y necesaria para la comunidad educativa y científica. Se aborda la relevancia de las emociones, destacando la necesidad de educar emocionalmente para gestionar satisfactoriamente los desafíos del siglo XXI. Paralelamente, se plantea la motivación como un ingrediente imprescindible en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. En este sentido, el clima generado por el docente determinará el éxito académico y personal de la mayoría del alumnado. Por tanto, se desarrollan herramientas de valoración del clima motivacional y emocional, así como estrategias para mejorar ambos en cualquier nivel del sistema educativo.

This book develops a current and necessary topic for the educational and scientific community. It addresses the relevance of emotions, highlighting the need to educate emotionally in order to successfully manage the challenges of the 21st century. At the same time, motivation is considered as an essential ingredient in the teaching-learning process. In this sense, the climate generated by the teacher will determine the academic and personal success of most students. Therefore, tools are developed to assess the motivational and emotional climate, as well as strategies to improve both at any level of the educational system.
