Tres novelas programáticas y una alternativa alrededor de "La Colmena"

Abstract

Este artículo analiza, de una parte, el papel que “La Colmena” de Camilo José Cela, como texto programático entre los novelistas de mitad de siglo, tanto desde un punto de vista formal como temático. De otra, se revisan otras novelas aparecidas al mismo tiempo que la novela de Cela buscando una renovación de la novela española de 1950. Estas otras cuatro novelas fueron firmadas por Fernández Flores (Lola, espejo oscuro), Suárez Carreño (Las últimas horas), Luis Romero (La Noria) y Sánchez Ferlosio Alfanhuí).

This article analyzes, on the one hand, the role that "La Colmena", by Camilo José Cela, had in the novelists like a programátic text, in the middle of the century, from the formal and thematic point of view. But it reviews other novels, shown up at the same time as the Cela's novel, that were looking for other chances which could allow a renewal of the Spanish novel from 1950. These other four novels were signed by Fernández Flores (Lola, espejo oscuro), Suárez Carreño (Las últimas horas), Luis Romero (La Noria) y Sánchez Ferlosio Alfanhuí).
