La tutela de la propiedad industrial en el ordenamiento jurídico español

Abstract

El designio del presente trabajo es desarrollar las distintas defensas que arbitra el Ordenamiento jurídico para proteger la propiedad industrial, de ahí que tengamos que preguntarnos, en primer lugar, por las acciones o medios jurídicos con los que cuenta el titular de los derechos que se cobijan bajo este rótulo. La protección en nuestro sistema jurídico es doble: civil y penal.

The purpose of this work is to develop the various defenses that arbitrate legal system to protect industrial property, hence we have to ask, first, by the actions or means that have the legal holder of the rights. The protection of our legal system has two fold: civil and criminal.
