| Abstract: | El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar algunas cuestiones teórico metodológicas relacionadas con el proceso de investigación, presentar un cuadro comparativo resumido del papel de las principales zonas del globo en I + D y, en particular, el papel de Portugal y de España en el panorama de la Unión Europea. The aim of this paper is to present some theoretical and methodological issues related to the research process, a comparative table summarized the role of the main areas of the globe in R & D and, in particular, the role of Portugal and Spain in the EU. |
