| Resumen: | Se analizan cuestiones constitucionales antiguas y modernas. En este caso se intenta realizar un comentario a dos leyes que pertenecen al legado de la Antigüedad tardía, concretamente al mundo bizantino y al visigótico. Interpretando estas fuentes se pueden unir pasado y presente, pues el comentario nos lleva por sí mismo a cuestiones que son tan modernas como antiguas. Ancient and modern constitutional issues are analyzed. In this case we are trying to make a comment about to two laws that belong to the legacy of the late antiquity, specifically to the Byzantine and the Visigoths world. Interpreting these sources we can join past and present, because the comment leads us to issues that are as modern as old. |
