Biblioteca escolares. Historia y vindicación

Abstract

Mostrar la ausencia de atención a las bibliotecas escolares por parte de las Instituciones Educativas es el objeto de este artículo en el que se presenta, a través de un poco de historia, cómo esta situación ha sido regresiva ya que en el siglo XIX y principios del XX se tomaron medidas eficaces y se consideró la biblioteca escolar como médula de la enseñanza. Se resalta cómo la LOGSE no contempla la promoción de estas bibliotecas y se pretende llegar a una reflexión sobre las mismas.
