Abstract

Se reflexiona sobre el concepto de Jurisdicción, para sostener que la función jurisdiccional consiste en la tutela y realización del Derecho objetivo, al decir el Derecho del caso concreto con desinterés objetivo, sirviéndose de un proceso que culmina con una declaración de voluntad, de vocación irrevocable, emitida por un órgano público, imparcial e independiente.

Reflects on the concept of Jurisdiction, to maintain that the jurisdictional function consists in the protection and realization of the objective law, when saying the law of the specific case with objective disinterest, using a process that culminates with a declaration of will, of irrevocable vocation, issued by a public, impartial and independent organization.
