| Abstract: | La imputación de un trabajador por un delito que en nada se
relaciona con la actividad profesional del trabajador puede ser improcedente o
nulo dependiendo de si existe o no lesión de los derechos fundamentales del
trabajador. The indictment of a worker for an offense related to the professional activity of the worker may be inappropriate or nt depending on whether or not thre is an infringement of the fundamental rights of workers. |
