Proyecto de reforma de vivienda

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en el proyecto de reforma de una vivienda unifamiliar. Se realiza un levantamiento del estado actual de la vivienda para posteriormente realizar un proyecto de reforma adaptándola a la normativa vigente. Se trata de una vivienda unifamiliar de dos plantas entre medianeras de los años 60, situada en la Calle de Plaza nº 76 de la localidad cacereña de Garrovillas de Alconétar. En la actualidad, la vivienda está compuesta por tres dormitorios, baño, salón –comedor, cocina, bodega y patio exterior en el que se encuentra una cocina con chimenea que anteriormente había sido una cuadra todo distribuido en la planta baja, siendo utilizada la planta alta como almacén. En la reforma, pasará a estar compuesta por cuatro dormitorios, cuatro baños, cocina y salón comedor con mayor amplitud que el existente, sacando el máximo provecho a ambas plantas de la vivienda. Además, se dispondrá de una piscina climatizada en el patio. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la vivienda se encuentra actualmente en un estado obsoleto y como cambiaremos la distribución de la vivienda, se reformarán las instalaciones de fontanería, electricidad y saneamiento existentes y además se realizarán las instalaciones calefacción, aire acondicionado y energía solar. Por último, se cambiarán las carpinterías.

As for the facilities, the house is currently in an obsolete state and as we will change the distribution of the house, the existing plumbing, electricity and sanitation facilities will be reformed and the heating, air conditioning and solar energy installations Will also be carried out. Finally, the carpentry will be changed.
