Abstract: | En el presente trabajo se analizará el ejercicio del denominado derecho al olvido
digital, figura a través de la cual se pretender hacer desparecer cierta información
sensible para una determinada persona en Internet. Se prestará especial atención a la
visión de la figura existente en las sentencias dictadas por el Tribunal Supremo, ya que
entre las mismas, se podrán encontrar diferentes visiones de la figura, concretamente, en
el caso de la posible responsabilidad civil asociada al ejercicio del derecho al olvido. In this paper the exercise of the right to so-called digital oblivion through which trying to make disappear certain sensitive information to a private person on the Internet will be analyzed. special attention to the vision of the figure existing in the judgments of the Supreme Court will be provided, as between them, may find different visions of the figure, specifically, in the case of the potential liability associated with the exercise of the right to oblivion. |
