| Abstract: | En 1984 Su Majestad el Rey pidió un dictamen al Consejo de Estado sobre la Jefatura de la Familia Real de Las Dos Sicilias. El Reino de las Dos Sicilias no existe desde 1861 y puede sorprender que un órgano consultivo del Estado se pronuncie sobre algo desaparecido desde hace tanto tiempo. Veremos que no es así. Sus conclusiones y aportaciones son esclarecedoras respecto a la Familia Real Española que mantiene la titularidad de su Corona. In 1984 her Majesty the King requested an opinion to the Council of State on the headship of the family Real of the two Sicilies. The Kingdom of the two Sicilies there since 1861 and may surprise a consultative organ of the State to rule on something missing for so long. We will see that it is not so. Their conclusions and contributions are enlightening with respect to the Spanish Royal family maintained ownership of his Crown. |
