| Abstract: | Este artículo aporta una visión general sobre cómo actúa la armonización entre las materias y competencias compartidas entre el Estado y las Comunidades Autónomas acudiendo, tras este análisis, al particular ámbito del régimen jurídico de la función pública en ambas estructuras de poder territorial. This article provides an overview of how to harmonize the materials and competences shared between the State and the Autonomous Communities by going, after this analysis, to the particular scope about the harmonization of legal regime of public servants on both structures of territorial power. |
