El personero del común: comisionado de la Asamblea para la defensa del ciudadano

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende avanzar en el conocimiento de una figura parlamentaria: el Personero del Común, entendiendo éste como un Comisionado de la Asamblea de Extremadura, como establece el art. 48 del Estatuto de Autonomía. Se estudia el marco jurídico existente en torno a esta figura y se analiza la regulación futura que se debe dar a la misma, pues está pendiente de desarrollo; todo ello encuadrado dentro de la aprobación de un nuevo Estatuto de Autonomía de Extremadura que, en el nuevo art. 48, hace una mención más amplia de este organismo que el antiguo art. 52, que ya lo contemplaba.

This project intends to deepen into the knowledge of a parliamentary figure: the «Personero del Común», this being understood as the Assembly of Extremadura Commissioner, as established in Article 48 of the Statute of Autonomy. This project makes a study of the legal frame existing around this figure, apart from analysing the future regulation that must be applied to it, since it is pending a development. All this will be included in the passing of a new Statute of Autonomy in Extremadura, which makes a wider mention of this organisation in the new Article 48 than in the former Article 52, although it already considered it.
