| Abstract: | En el presente trabajo se abordan las modificaciones introducidas por la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil 1/2000 de 7 de enero, en relación con el procedimiento en las acciones cambiarias, al tiempo que se realiza una reflexión sobre los efectos que sobre las mismas ha introducido la citada reforma de la Ley. This paper analyzes the different modifications introduced by the Law of Civil Judgment (1/2000 of 7 January) in relation to the process of change actions. Our research also offers a reflection on the effects that such changes have implied for the mentioned law reform. |
