| Abstract: | Ha sido la importancia en el uso que, a nivel doctrinal o jurisprudencial, se hace y sigue haciendo de éste aforismo, lo que nos ha sugerido recabar datos sobre su origen así como intentar desvelar quién fue el «inventor» del mismo, rebuscando en las fuentes legales existentes. Doctrinal and juridical importance in the use of such a phrase has been the trigger of our research on its origin and ‘invention’, leading to our management of pertinent legal sources. |
