| Resumen: | Este derecho de preferencia, cuyos antecedentes se remontan a los inicios del siglo XX, ha pasado por multitud de disposiciones antes de aprobarse la reciente ley de arrenda¬mientos rústicos, inspirada en un criterio de protección del arrendatario. This law can be traced back to early nineteenth century and has undergone various reforms and dispositions until the recent passing of the rural renting rights law, inspired in the tenant’s rights of protection. |
