Puebla de los Ángeles: 30 años de patrimonio a través de su política museística

Abstract

La ciudad de Puebla de los Ángeles, al centro de la república mexicana, ha tenido un crecimiento de infraestructura cultural considerable en los últimos años. El incremento de plataformas culturales y la constante apertura de nuevos escenarios expositores del capital histórico-artístico, no hacen más que reafirmar la importancia de un patrimonio cultural existente en la urbe desde la fundación de la misma, y que se desborda en la última década con la imparable escenografía urbana, ávida de nuevas experiencias museísticas y base de un patrocinio turístico que aún no encaja con la práctica cotidiana de sus habitantes. Una mirada detenida a este nuevo escenario en el trigésimo aniversario de su nombramiento como Ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad, nos hará ver las áreas de oportunidad que emergen en la nueva angelópolis.

The city of Puebla de los Ángeles, in the center of the Mexican republic, has had a considerable cultural infrastructure growth in recent years. The increase of cultural platforms and the constant opening of new scenarios exposing historical-artistic capital, do nothing but reaffirm the importance of an existing cultural heritage in the city since the foundation of it, and that they overflow in the last decade with the unstoppable urban scenography, new museum experiences and the base of a tourist sponsorship that has not yet been integrated with the daily practice of its inhabitants. A close look at this new scenario on the thirtieth anniversary of its appointment as a World Heritage City, however, the areas of opportunity that emerge in the new angelópolis.
