| Abstract: | En los dos últimos años se han dictado numerosos pronunciamientos jurisdiccionales de gran relevancia para la rama social del Derecho. El estudio que presentamos pretende extractar aquellos de significada relevancia, bien por modificar líneas jurisprudenciales consolidadas, bien por abordar cuestiones no tratadas con anterioridad. Se confeccionó originalmente para impartir en el Master de Acceso a la Abogacía, por lo que se ha decidido mantener su carácter preferentemente informativo. In the last two years, numerous jurisdictional pronouncements of great relevance for the social branch of Law have been issued. The study that we present aims to extract those of significant relevance, either by modifying consolidated jurisprudential lines, or by addressing issues not previously dealt with. It was originally made to teach in the Master of Access to the Legal Profession, so it has been decided to keep it preferably informative. |
