Una aproximación a la nueva ley de arrendamientos rústicos. Ley 49/2003 de 26 de noviembre

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio de las novedades que ha traído para el Sector de la contratación agraria la nueva Ley 49/2003, de 26 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Rústicos, que entró en vigor a partir del 27 de mayo de 2004; y por la que quedaron derogadas numerosas leyes hasta ahora trascendentales en la contratación arrendaticia, como la L.A.R. de 1980, o la Ley 1/1987, de 12 de febrero, entre otras, por ser excesivamente rígidas e intervencionistas, frente a una necesaria nueva legislación que impulse el sector agrario, con un comportamiento eficiente, abierto a la innovación y a la flexibilidad, para lograr los objetivos propuestos, y desarrollar una empresa competitiva. Adoptando, acciones que van a permitir tener una optimización y dinamización del sector.

In the present work there is realized a study of the innovations that has brought for the Sector of the agrarian contracting the new Law 49/2003, of November 26, of Rustic Leases, which came into force from May 27, 2004; and for that repealed numerous laws stayed till now transcendental in the contracting lease, as the LAR of 1980, or the Law 1/1987, of February 12, among others, for being excessively rigid, opposite to a necessary new legislation that stimulates the agrarian sector, with an efficient behaviour opened for the innovation and for the flexibility, to achieve the proposed aims, and to develop a competitive company. Adopting, actions that are going to allow to have an optimization and reactivation of the sector.
