| Resumen: | El presente artículo trata de esbozar un análisis sobre la respuesta jurídica en torno a las nuevas tecnologías respecto a la protección de datos; centrándose en los ficheros de solvencia patrimonial y crédito. Se considerarán las principales obligaciones de los responsables de dichos ficheros, según la lectura del art. 29 de la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos de España. The hereby paper sketches an analysis about the juridical answer related to the new technologies, referring to data protection, specifically the patrimonial solvency and credit database. It focus the main obligations of the parties responsible by these databases, according to the reading of the article 29 of the Organic Law of Data Protection of Spain. |
