| Abstract: | Tras analizar la evolución del principio ne bis in idem en el artículo anterior de la serie y adelantar conceptos básicos para su interpretación y aplicación, se procede a concretar su significado actual en las dos vertientes del mismo, la formal o procesal y la sustantiva o material, a través de un minucioso análisis de la jurisprudencia constitucional. After the analysis of the evolution of the ne bis in idem principle in the previous article of the series, and the advance on basic concepts for its interpretation and use, we proceed to decide its present meaning in the two sides of it: the formal or procedural one, and the substantive or material one, through a detailed analysis of the constitutional jurisprudence. |
