| Abstract: | Se analiza la situación de los centros históricos: deterioro y degradación física, humana, funcional y medioambiental, en distintas fases a lo largo de su evolución: invasión-sucesión (1850-1950), degradación (1950-1970) y en la actualidad revalorización (1970-1984) de estos espacios por medio de la concienciación, la educación permanente y una política de salvaguarda de la memoria colectiva urbana. The situation of the historic centers is analyzed: physical, human, functional and environmental deterioration and degradation, in different phases throughout its evolution: invasion-succession (1850-1950), degradation (1950-1970) and currently revaluation (1970-1984) of these spaces through awareness, permanent education and a policy to safeguard urban collective memory. |
