Abstract

La labor de concienciación debe comenzar en la Escuela y no agotarse en la Universidad, sino proyectarse al resto del organismo regional. Un proceso de Educación permanente sobre un problema que es de todos, incluidas las Corporaciones, y que cubre ámbitos espaciales desde el pequeño núcleo rural deshabitado hasta la metrópoli regional
