Resumen: | Para el Tribunal Constitucional, el derecho a la tutela judicial efectiva es el derecho de todas las personas a tener acceso al sistema judicial y a obtener de los tribunales una resolución motivada, no permitiéndose el que por parte de éstas se pueda sufrir indefensión al no permitírseles ejercer todas las facultades que legalmente tienen reconocidas. According to the Constitutional Court of Spain, the right to effective judicial protection is the right to have access to the judicial system and to receive a justified verdict. Is is forbidden to suffer from inability to a rightful defence by impeding all legal actions recognised by law. |
