| Abstract: | El objeto del presente estudio es contribuir, en la medida de lo posible, al conocimiento de un tema a la vez tan de actualidad como desconocido de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico: la regulación legal de los secretos oficiales -la denominación «Secretos de Estado» resulta un término un tanto inexacto y carente de rigor científico, por lo que utilizaremos preferentemente la primera de las expresiones a lo largo de este ensayo-.
