| Abstract: | El artículo analiza que el matrimonio es una situación jurídica muy trascendente que, por los efectos tan importantes que produce, debería ser el resultado de una profunda reflexión y de una decisión no precipitada, fundadas en el conocimiento de la institución, y también en el conocimiento mutuo de los contrayentes. The article analyzes that marriage is a very transcendent legal situation that, due to the important effects it produces, should be the result of a deep reflection and a non-hasty decision, based on knowledge of the institution, and also on knowledge mutual of the contracting parties. |
