Ley 19/1995 de 4 de julio, modernización de las explotaciones agrarias impulso y desarrollo del derecho agrario

Abstract

El artículo analiza que la relevancia de la Ley de Modernización de Explotaciones Agrarias (L.M.E.A.) radica en que constituye por un lado un paso de vital importancia en el camino hacia el final de una agricultura tradicional que se convierte así en agricultura empresarial; y por otro, clarifica y da forma a las nuevas bases del Derecho Agrario que se viene abriendo paso en todo el ámbito europeo.

The article analyzes that the relevance of the Law for the Modernization of Agricultural Holdings lies in the fact that it constitutes, on the one hand, a vitally important step on the way to the end of a traditional agriculture that thus becomes entrepreneurial agriculture; and on the other, it clarifies and shapes the new bases of Agrarian Law that has been making its way throughout Europe.
