| Resumen: | El artículo indaga que cuando hablamos de Derechos Fundamentales en la Constitución de 1812 tenemos que tener en cuenta que esta Constitución es la forma con que se nos presenta el nuevo espíritu del siglo, producto de diversas influencias del siglo XVIII, donde el hombre, la persona humana, intenta recuperar su papel perdido. The article investigates that when we talk about Fundamental Rights in the Constitution of 1812 we have to bear in mind that this Constitution is the way in which the new spirit of the century is presented to us, the product of various influences of the 18th century, where man, person human, she tries to regain her lost role. |
