La política de empleo como instrumento de solidaridad

Abstract

El artículo indaga como el Derecho del trabajo no tiene el principio de solidaridad, al menos de forma expresa, como uno de los pilares que lo sostienen e inspiran. Sin embargo, aunque no sea un principio específico de su materia, si debemos matizar que todo el tema laboral está, histórica y filosóficamente, impregnado por luchas en favor de la solidaridad.

The article investigates how labor law does not have the principle of solidarity, at least expressly, as one of the pillars that support and inspire it. However, although it is not a specific principle of its subject, we must clarify that the entire labor issue is, historically and philosophically, impregnated by struggles in favor of solidarity.
