El Tribunal Superior de Justicia Extremeño: aspectos estructurales e institucionales

Abstract

Cuando el Pleno del Consejo General del Poder Judicial acordó el 10 de mayo de 1989 que el día 23 del mismo mes se constituyera el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Extremadura, iniciaba en esta Comunidad Autónoma una nueva estapa en la Administración de Justicia. Dada la importancia de este hecho, es númerosa la bibliografía ya existente y que abarca prácticamente toda su problemática (ámbito de competencia, atribuciones, etc.). Este trabajo se circunscribe exclusivamente al estudio del Tribunal extremeño en su estructura y configuración institucional.

When the Plenary of the General Council of the Judiciary agreed on 10 May 1989 that the High Court of Justice of Extremadura should be constituted on the 23rd of the same month, this marked the beginning of a new stage in the Administration of Justice in this Autonomous Community. Given the importance of this event, there is a large amount of existing bibliography which covers practically all of its problems (scope of competence, attributions, etc.). This work is limited exclusively to the study of the structure and institutional configuration of the Extremadura Court.
