| Abstract: | La expresión "Historia del Derecho" alude tanto a la vida y evolución del Derecho, a las transformaciones y cambios experimentados por dicha realidad a lo largo del tiempo, como a la ciencia cuyo objeto es, precisamente, el estudio de dichas alteraciones; sentidos ambos que se refieren a realidades distintas. A lo largo de estas páginas reflexionaremos sobre la Historia del derecho como ciencia. The expression "History of Law" refers both to the life and evolution of Law, to the transformations and changes experienced by this reality over time, and to the science whose object is, precisely, the study of these alterations; both meanings refer to different realities. Throughout these pages we will reflect on the History of Law as a science. |
