Los futuros juzgados de menores

Abstract

El artículo aborda el estudio de los Tribunales de menores dada la escasa importancia que han tenido. En este sentido, interesa conocer la evolución experimentada en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico por los Tribunales en cuestión, a partir de su aparición histórica en España, hasta llegar al momento presente en que el desarrollo de lege ferenda se ha de hacer necesariamente a la luz de la Constitución de 1978 y de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial de 1985.

The article deals with the study of juvenile courts, given their limited importance. In this sense, it is of interest to know the evolution experienced in our legal system by the the Courts in question, from their historical appearance in Spain, up to the present moment in which the development de lege ferenda must necessarily be made in the light of the 1978 Constitution and the Organic Law of the Judiciary of 1985.
