La sociedad y sus derechos

Abstract

Desde hace años no es el individuo humano el único sujeto de derechos humanos. Son también los "pueblos", las "clases sociales", determinados "grupos", quienes ostentan la calidad de ser sujetos cuyos derechos definen Declaraciones, Manifiestos, Convenciones Internacionales. La Sociedad, la realidad social considerada en si misma, y la relevancia que el ordenamiento jurídico reconoce en ella al rodearla, para mejor servir al destino de la especie humana, de seguridades y garantías peculiares, en las cuales encuentra el ser humano sus propias garantías, es el tema sobre el que se reflexiona en las siguientes líneas.
