Resumen: | Este artículo trata de identificar el mejor tratamiento físico para el manejo de la fibromialgia. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio de cuarenta mujeres de características similares (edad, nivel de actividad física, situación familiar, etc.) dividiéndolas en cuatro grupos según las terapias a las que asisten durante el estudio: ninguna (grupo control), fisioterapia, gimnasia terapéutica en el medio acuático y ambas. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el uso de varias terapias combinadas mejora el estado de salud general de estas usuarias. This article tries to identify the best physic treatment for the fibromyalgia management. In order to achieve that, a study on thirty women with similar characteristics has been done (age, physical activity level, family situation...). These women have been divided into four different groups according to the therapies they are attending to during the aforementioned study: none (control group), physiotherapy, therapeutic gymnastics in the aquatic medium and both. The results got show that the use of several therapies combined improves the general health status on these users. |
