Reflexiones simples sobre las garantías y efectividad del arbitraje privado

Abstract

El artículo trata de ser una relación, más o menos ordenada, de algunas cuestiones que fueron planteándose durante un curso referentes a la institución del arbitraje y que hemos ido recordando. De aquí el título que genéricamente se nos ha ocurrido para su ordenación y reflejo: simples reflexiones que no buscan dogmatizar, ni resolver problemas, sino hacer meditar sobre posibles pros y contras que el arbitraje puede conllevar.

The article is intended to be a more or less ordered account of some of the questions that were raised during the course on the institution of arbitration and which we have been recalling. Hence the title we have generically come up with to organise and reflect them: simple reflections that do not seek to dogmatise or solve problems but rather to make us meditate on the possible pros and cons of arbitration.
