Abstract: | El estudio de la motivación y el Burnout en los profesores pretende poner de manifiesto una problemática que preocupa y se da con mayor frecuencia entre los docentes en los últimos años y a la que hay que dar respuesta desde una perspectiva científica. Para ello se presenta una muestra compuesta por 77 profesores pertenecientes a diferentes colegios e institutos de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria que imparten docencia en las diferentes etapas educativas de las provincias de León y de Madrid. A todos ellos se les entregaron dos cuestionarios. El primero de ellos fue el Cuestionario de Burnout en Profesores que consta de 54 ítems que miden diferentes aspectos relacionados con el Burnout. El otro instrumento aplicado es la Escala de Estrés Percibido (PSS-10) para medir el estrés. The study of motivation and burnout in teachers aims to highlight a problem which concerns and is more frequently among teachers in recent years and needs to be answering from a scientific perspective. Here we present a sample of 77 teachers from different schools of secondary school that teach the different stages of education from the provinces of León and Madrid. All were given two questionnaires. The first was the Questionnaire on Teacher Burnout consists of 54 items that measure different aspects of the Burnout. The instrument used is the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) to measure stress. |
