Ética profesional. Retos actuales

Abstract

Nuestro Código Deontológico se asienta filosóficamente sobre los principios generales éticos de toda profesión que interviene sobre el ser humano. De sus capítulos, se deriva el comportamiento propio del buen ejercicio de la profesión. Ahora bien, una serie de dilemas aparecen frecuentemente debido a la carencia de formación continuada y reglada de las instituciones universitarias y colegiales. El primer y más importante problema se deriva del desconocimiento de la existencia de un Código Deontológico que regula las actuaciones profesionales. En la formación académica universitaria de los jóvenes, y a grandes rasgos, se encuentran lagunas no solo en la información del tal Código, sino en la interpretación de la normativa. Simultánea a toda formación académica, el alumno universitario lleva una formación procedente de los procesos socializadores. Ante disyuntivas éticas, los jóvenes psicólogos, recurrirán a su propia experiencia moral para resolver los conflictos. Es imprescindible una toma de conciencia de la necesidad de formación reglada en Deontología Profesional.

Our Code Deontologist one agrees philosophically by the general ethical beginning of any profession that intervenes on the human being. Of his (her, your) chapters, there stems the own(proper) behavior of the good exercise (fiscal year) of the profession. Now then, a series of dilemmas appear frequently due to the lack of formation (training) continued and ruled of the university and collegiate (school) institutions. The first one and more important problem stems from the ignorance of the existence of a Code Deontologist that regulates the professional actions (performances). In the university career education of the young men, and in outline, they find lagoons not alone in the information of such a Code, but in the interpretation of the regulation. Simultaneous to any career education, the university pupil takes a formation (training) proceeding from the processes of socialization. Before ethical dilemmas, the young psychologists, will resort to his (her, your) own (proper) moral experience to solve the conflicts. There is indispensable a capture of conscience of the need of formation (training) ruled in Professional Deontology.
