Victimización entre escolares por exclusión social racista y xenófoba

Abstract

En el ámbito del la investigación sobre violencia escolar y bullying comienza a prestarse una atención creciente sobre la variable de pertenencia a grupo cultural y a estudiarse de forma diferencial algunos fenómenos de violencia interpersonal de carácter racista o xenófobo. Así en los últimos años se ha pasado de solamente contemplar inscrito en el bullying el peculiar fenómeno del insulto o mote racista o xenófobo, a plantear la existencia de otras formas o tipos de bullying con un marcado carácter cultural, tales como la exclusión social por motivos de diferencia cultural. En esta línea desarrollamos un estudio en once centros educativos de Educación Primaria y Secundaria Obligatorias de Córdoba capital. Una muestra de 863 escolares participó voluntariamente cumplimentando un cuestionario (auto-informe) sobre distintas formas de victimización entre iguales. Cuatro de carácter general; y tres específicamente racistas o xenófobas. Aquí se presentan los resultados y conclusiones respecto a la prevalencia y valoraciones de víctimas de una de las formas de bullying racista o xenófobo testadas: la exclusión social de carácter cultural. Los resultados nos permiten sostener la tesis de que la exclusión social racista o xenófoba debe contemplarse como una forma de agresión relacional directa que, por su especial naturaleza, debe entenderse inscrita en el fenómeno del bullying racista o xenófobo.

In the area of the investigation(research) on school violence and bullying one begins to give an increasing attention on the variable of belonging(property) to cultural group and to there be studied of differential form some phenomena of interpersonal violence of racist or xenophobic character. This way in the last years it(he,she) has passed of only new recruit contemplated in the bullying the peculiar phenomenon of the insult or racist or xenophobic motto, to raising the existence of other forms or types of bullying with a marked cultural character, such as the social exclusion for motives of culturaldifference. In this line we develop a study in eleven educational centers of Primary and Secondary Education Obligatory of cardinal Cordova. A sample of 863 students took part voluntarily completing a (auto-formless) questionnaire on different forms of victimización between(among) equal. Four of general character; and specifically racist or xenophobic three. Here they present the results and conclusions with regard to the prevalencia and victims' valuations of one of the forms(ways) of bullying racist or xenophobic tested: the social exclusion of cultural character. The results allow us to support the thesis of which the social racist or xenophobic exclusion must be contemplated as a form of relational direct aggression that, for his(her,your) special nature, must be understood inscribed(registered) with the phenomenon of the racist or xenophobic bullying.
