| Abstract: | Señalan los organismos gubernamentales europeos que la denuncia en el ámbito del gasto público se ha revelado como la herramienta más eficaz para hacer frente al fraude presupuestario, por ello se analiza la participación ciudadana en el control de los fondos públicos en la normativa presupuestaria estatal. European government agencies point out that the reporting in the field of public spend-ing has emerged as the most effective tool to deal with budget fraud, by that, citizen partic-ipation in the control of public funds in state budget regulations is analyzed. |
