| Abstract: | En el presente trabajo el autor analiza el fenómeno de la guerra en la historia y en la teoría política, así como su tratamiento por parte del Derecho Internacional. Se estudia la posición de la Unión Europea ante la guerra como actor global y las consecuencias del último conflicto bélico en Ucrania para la paz internacional y las tensiones geopolíticas. In this paper the author analyses the phenomenon of war in history and political theory, as well as its treatment by International Law. There are studied the position of the European Union as a global actor before the war and the consequences of the last conflict in Ukraine for international peace and geopolitical tensions |
