Sueños y pesadillas

Abstract

Los sueños y pesadillas, como procesos mentales, tienen especial incidencia en los adolescentes, por sus características generales y evolutivas, lo que suscita un interés anexo de carácter psicopedagógico. El presente estudio incide en aquellos dos conceptos, tratando de dilucidar características más o menos comunes en los alumnos. Tras encuadrar y definir ambas nociones, se desarrolla el estudio empírico que contiene una muestra mixta y extensa de discentes que detallan sus pesadillas y sueños. Las primeras, se exponen en una secuencia priorizada y frecuencial, en un total de 34 núcleos temáticos, desmenuzando un proceso un tanto misterioso desde las vivencias individuales. De otra parte, se muestran las respuestas al temario propuesto, con la exposición gráfica y de periodicidad de las diferentes respuestas. Los sujetos apuntan que los sueños, mayoritariamente tienen que ver con el discurrir vital de la persona, y las pesadillas revelarían temáticas fantasiosas muchas veces recurrentes.

Dreams and nightmares, as mental processes, have a special impact on adolescents, due to their general and evolutionary characteristics, which arouses an annexed interest of a psychopedagogical nature. The present study affects these two concepts, trying to elucidate more or less common characteristics in students. After framing and defining both notions, the empirical study is developed that contains a mixed and extensive sample of students who detail their nightmares and dreams. The first are exposed in a prioritized and frequency sequence, in a total of 34 thematic nuclei, crumbling a somewhat mysterious process from individual experiences. On the other hand, the answers to the proposed agenda are shown, with the graphic and periodicity exposition of the different answers. The subjects point out that dreams mostly have to do with the life flow of the person, and nightmares would reveal fanciful themes often recurrent.
