Mujeres desaparecidas forzosamente de la Historia

Abstract

En este documento, se pone de manifiesto, como durante mucho tiempo, los delitos cometidos hacia las mujeres, así como determinadas cuestiones, relacionadas con la desaparición forzada, han pasado a un segundo plano, resaltando claramente el papel del hombre en este momento histórico, ya fuese en la cárceles, en los Campos de Concentración, o siendo asesinados en cunetas y tapias de cementerio. Como punto de partida, debemos valorar los delitos cometidos sobre las féminas son Crímenes de Lesa Humanidad. Para ello, se ha analizado, desde el punto de vista histórico, desde el aspecto bioético, así como en el marco de la legislación internacional que define y condena dichos crímenes.

History usually study and examines the experiences of historical figures, at other times, when studying social movements, and examines historical moments, dismisses the study of gender issues. In this document, shows as for a long time, crimes against women, as well as specific issues related to the disappearance, have passed into the background, standing out clearly the role of men in this historical moment, whether in the prisons, concentration camps, or being killed in ditches and walls of the cemetery. We must evaluate the crimes committed on the women as they are, crimes against humanity, for that, not only analyze facts, but also extended this analysis to other regions of the world.This has been analyzed from the historical point of view, from the bioethical issue, as well as under international law that defines and condemns suche define y condena dichos crímenes.
