For some time now, there has been a huge interest in the study of variables linked to self-concept and its derivations. Specifically, physical self-concept has shown interesting applications due to its impact on eating disorders, acceptance of one's own body, expectations for sports performance, physical activity habits and healthy lifestyles. After a review of the state of the art, we show the steps taken in our study aimed at analyzing the relationship between the type of physical activity performed and physical self-concept. |
