Lenguas, literaturas y paisajes en una geografía cultural de alcance iberoamericano

Abstract

A modo de introducción, este monográfico recoge un compendio de artículos presentados en el I Congreso Internacional Geografías Culturales Ibero-Americanas: Paisajes, Contacto, Lenguajes, celebrado en Cáceres. De este modo, la sección temática y la dedicada a testimonios nos invita a trazar un mapa que cruza varias geografías culturales iberoamericanas subrayando sus nexos, bien porque son alumbradas algunas relaciones literarias menos atendidas por la crítica y ahora objeto de nuevas lecturas, bien porque tratan de fenómenos de dispersión lingüística y cultural o evocan fronteras que nos invitan a repensar la identidad desde el contacto.

By way of introduction, this monograph brings together a compendium of articles presented at the I Congreso Internacional Geografías Culturales Ibero-Americanas: Paisajes, Contacto, Lenguajes (First International Conference on Ibero-American Cultural Geographies: Landscapes, Contact, Languages), held in Cáceres. In this way, the thematic section and the section devoted to testimonies invite us to draw a map that crosses several Ibero-American cultural geographies, highlighting their links, either because some literary relations less attended by critics and now the object of new readings are illuminated, or because they deal with phenomena of linguistic and cultural dispersion or evoke borders that invite us to rethink identity from the point of view of contact.
